Running Sessions

Every Wednesday at 12noon - 1pm

Meeting outside the University Sports Centre, Cambridge.

 

 

FastFish Coaching will be delivering skills based sessions meeting outside a local sports centre to help you learn how to run by showing you how to move your arms, the correct placement of the feet and also to give you the ABC's of running - Agility, Balance, Co-ordination and Speed through different sessions and receive individual feedback on how to improve your current running technique..  You will also learn how to warm up and cool down.  Each week will have a different focus, including some strength & conditioning exercises specifically for running.  Those who want to start off power walking are more than welcome, the sessions are open to anyone and all abilities.

 

 

BOOKING INFORMATION

 

Cost: £6.50 per session (you can pay on the day or book a slot via the Book Now button)

 

Or buy a block pass

5 sessions  £30 (to be used in  60 days)

10 sessions £55 (to be used in 90 days)

 

If you purchase a pass please go through checkout first and pay, then go back to select your dates. All sessions have a 24hour cancellation policy. If you cancel more the 24 hours in advance you will be able to re-book.
