Swim Coaching (Pool based all year round)

60 minute sessions at Impington Sports Centre.  Development of swim technique and swim fitness.  Advice on drills with opportunities to practice.  £35

 

Swim Coaching (Open water May - October)

60 minute sessions at a local venue.  Development of open water swim technique and swim fitness.  Advice on drills with opportunities to practice.  £35

 

Cycling Coaching

Sessions to  review cycling technique, bike set up, develop bike handling skills and cycling fitness.  £35 per hour

 

Run Coaching 1 hour sessions to review your run technique and provide feedback / advice, training sessions to develop run fitness.  £35

Strength & conditioning analysis

1 hour session to test fitness levels.  Output would be used to develop a programme of strength training to be included in a programme.  £35  

 

Please note that in order to design a strength & conditioning programme a fitness test would have to be completed first.
